PRODUCT FEATURES   Raw Material Zamak is a metal alloy composed primarily of zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and copper. It is used in parts where strength, wear resistance, and hardness are required.   Resistance
  1. A) Corrosion
  The most important resistance parameter in metal and metal-derived products is corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance based on the type of coating applied in our products is as follows:   For Varnished Products (MP08-MP10-MP11-MP14-MP17-MP19-MP27-MP30-MP32-MP35-MP51): * 96-120 hours of resistance For Unvarnished Products (MP02-MP19): * 120-240 hours For Painted Products (PC04-PC05-PC24-PC27-PC35):   * 96-120 hours   ***Every 24 hours equates to 1 year of corrosion resistance.***
  1. B) Color
To prevent color fading when our products are exposed to sunlight (UV) throughout their lifespan, high-durability coating materials are used. The UV resistance period for all colors is 120 hours.  
  1. C) Lifespan
Our products undergo 200,000 opening and closing mechanism tests and operate stably throughout their lifespan.   Warranty Mechanical Warranty Our products are covered by a 5-year warranty.   Coating Warranty Decorative defects are subject to user conditions and are evaluated within the scope of our warranty terms.
TERMIS OF İNSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY
  • The products must be assembled in accordance with the installation instructions.
  • To clean the product, wipe the surface only with a soft cloth moistened with water. Do not apply strong chemical substances and polishers.
  • Cebi gives 5 years warranty against manufacturing and material defects on the products.
  • Warranty returns require proof of purchase.
  • Conditions not covered under warranty:
  1. Misuse or improper assembly and maintenance
  2. Unsuitable Storage
  3. Incase of any modification, repairs on the product surface.
  4. Exposing the surface of the product to sharp and abrasive tools and corrosive chemicals.
  5. To make changes or repairs on the product surface
  6. Exposing the surface to sharp tools and corrosive chemicals
  Our products are protected by a coating that normally serves for many years.   For cleaning, a soft cloth moistened with soapy water for hands should be used and dried last.   NEVER USE DETERGENT OR SPRAY CONTAINING BLEACH OR ALCOHOL FOR CLEANING.   İntense exposure to cleaning agents can shorten the life of the product surface.
